The business analyst at OpenCraft combines the skills of business consulting and technical systems analysis, to play a central role in our project delivery process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicit client requirements
- Participate in envisioning, architecting and proposing the solution
- Document and track system requirements in terms of functionality and interface
- Participate in project management team: scoping, estimation, planning & tracking
- Keep the customer involved at all stages of the project
- Ensure that the deliverables do indeed satisfy the customer's needs and the contractual agreements, including functional testing
- Coordinate the deployment and adoption of the solution, including user training
- Coordinate the maintenance and support of the solution
- Participate in sales support activities such as proposal writing and presentations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
- Higher degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Usability Engineering, or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Experience with the software industry (4+ years)
- Experience with customer interaction (2+ years)
